Meet the founder
Jenelle Schmidli
Founder & Platting Consultant
Jenelle's passion for construction and land development began in childhood and grew into a career spanning land surveying, building construction, civil engineering support, governmental development review, industry relations, and plat project management.
Her public-sector experience includes serving as Public Works Development Coordinator for the City of Altamonte Springs, where she contributed to inspection-service improvements, development-process documentation, and revisions to inspection and closeout procedures.
In the private sector, Jenelle has coordinated residential, commercial, replat, multi-phase, medical, condominium, and mixed-use projects with developers, builders, survey teams, engineers, attorneys, title professionals, and governmental agencies.
She founded The Platting Queen in 2020 to give development teams a dedicated resource for the coordination responsibilities that connect every phase of the platting process.
